In order to adopt a pet from WCSPCA, one must provide the following:

1. Indoor living space

2. A fenced in yard OR leashed when outside for dogs

3. Positive attention and love

4. The ability to provide for the animal, including food and veterinarian care

3. A vet reference & 3 references are required for all applications.  (Only 1 reference can be a relative please, and no references that are living in the same home)
4. Applications with missing information will not be processed.  Applications for those under the age of 21 will not be processed.
